Delivery Costs and Delivery Times
Free delivery within mainland UK
We offer free delivery on orders of our smaller items to anywhere in mainland UK, normally 3 – 5 working days. Please enquire for delivery to Highlands & Islands. Bespoke orders will be by mutual agreement. If your order is required urgently please contact us.
& International Deliveries
Lana Interiors will be happy to ship to EU customers or worldwide. Please contact us by emailing email@example.com and we will advise on your shipping request directly.
As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. If your item is being made to order, we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date.
Bespoke orders will be dealt with on an individual basis, as the nature of the design consultation may dictate. A firm delivery commitment will be given at commencement of manufacture and we will aim to deliver earlier. When your products are ready for delivery, we will contact you to make final arrangements. Please use our contact form for your tailored design requirements.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for collection and organise a replacement or repair to be sent at the earliest opportunity.
To receive a refund on your item you must return it within 21 days of receipt of delivery.

All goods returned must be undamaged and with the original product packaging and instructions where appropriate.
